Seeking Student Developments to Forward Fund

The Capmezz Team are looking to support the forward funding of 3 student schemes for one particular client.
The three key criteria are that the projects need to be shovel ready, they need to have a GDV of over £50m each and our client will be awarded the main contractor contract.
In return the Chinese Multinational client will forward fund and a subsidiary company will act as contractor - but will employ local sub contractors.
Please note we don't expect you to have 3 schemes - we will aggregate and all contracts will be separate - they will be treated as totally different projects.
